Our service points offer the following:
- information about our services, fares and promotions;
- issuance of Multi cards*;
- sale of Fidélité Program passes;
- sale or reloading of passes;
- loading of e-wallets;
- sale of one-, two- and three-day passes**;
- sale of gift cards;
- sale of bus tickets;
- replacement of lost, stolen or defective Multi cards***;
- issuance or replacement of Transcollines passes.
* Be there at least 30 minutes before closing time.
** Non-personalized cards can be loaded. There is a fee of $2 for every new card.
*** There is a fee of $10 for replacement cards.
