Lost and found items

If you left something on one of our buses, check with us…we may have recovered it!

Valuable items

Have you lost something valuable (cell phone, wallet, passport, laptop, tablet), medical equipment or medication? Contact our Customer Relations ASAP at 819-770-3242.

We’ll need the following information to help you find it: 

  • A description of the item
  • The bus route number
  • The approximate time of day
  • Your contact information 

If we find your item, we will contact you. You will be given a claim number, which you will need when to come to pick it up.

Everyday items

All recovered items*, such as books, clothing, sunglasses, keys, electronics, sports equipment, etc. are logged in and generally available by 11 a.m. the following day at our office at 111 rue Jean-Proulx. Before heading over to pick up your item, contact Customer Relations at 819-770-3242.

*For hygiene and safety reasons, perishables and lunch boxes contents are immediately thrown out, but we hold onto recovered lunch boxes.

Seasonal items

If you have lost a seasonal item (gloves, mittens, hat, scarf, umbrella, etc.), simply stop by our office at 111 rue Jean-Proulx to see if it’s been recovered. 

Self-serve bins are located at the entrance. Given the number of lost and found items, no information will be provided by phone.

Multi card

Personalized Multi card (with photo)

If you have lost your personalized Multi card, contact Customer Relations at 819-770-3242 to check whether it has been turned in to our office at 111 rue Jean-Proulx. 

If we do not have it, you should stop by a service point, with ID, to get a new one. There is a $10 fee. The contents of the former card will be transferred to the new one.

Non-personalized Multi card (no photo)

If you have lost your non-personalized Multi card, contact Customer Relations at 819-770-3242 to check whether it has been turned in to our office at 111 rue Jean-Proulx. If we do not have it, you should stop by a service point to get a new one.

  • If it was linked to your customer file, you can get a new one for $10, and the contents of the former one will be transferred to the new one.
  • If it was not linked to a  customer file, you can get a new one, but the contents of the former one cannot be transferred to the new one.

STO TIP

Do you have a Multi card without a photo? Link it to your customer file by calling 819-770-3242. 

If you lose it, we can recover its contents.

If you find something

Do a good deed and hand it over to the driver or drop it off at one of our service points!  

When and where to recover a lost item

Lost items can be recovered at 111 rue Jean-Proulx, Mondays to Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m., Saturdays between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

We keep items for approximately two months after they are logged in by our team. After that, they are donated to a charitable organization so they can be reintegrated into the circular economy.
