There are lots of tools to help youplan your trips and while you’re on the move.
The busiest times are mornings between 6:30 and 8:00, and late afternoons between 3:30 and 4:30. If you can, plan around those peak periods.

Check the full list of fares hereYou have several options, depending on whether you are an occasional or a frequent traveller. Be sure to pick the one that’s best for you!
You can buy and reload a Multi card in any of more than 40 points of sale. You can also reload online through My Profile.
Good to know!
For example, if you work 4 days a week at the office, you commute 8 times a week, which means 32 times a month. With an e-wallet ($4 per trip), that comes to $128 per month. With a monthly pass, which includes unlimited access to the STO and OC Transpo, you pay $116.50 per month.

Just make sure that:
- You plan your trip to take a bus that has an access ramp; and
- The stops where you get on and off are identified as accessible.

Learn more about STO on demand
STO on demand is an on-demand public transit service available in the Buckingham, Masson-Angers and Aéroparc sectors. This is a good alternative outside of peak hours when bus frequency is lower.
The service is available by reservation only and is offered at 544 existing or virtual bus stops (landmark: grocery store, lamppost, etc.).

- STO buses are equipped with close to 300 bus racks ;
- There are 14 park and rides throughout the city, with a total of some 2,300 free parking spots;
- Communauto cars are available at 44 locations across the city.
