Were you already an STO client?

Your personalized Multi card allows you to reload a monthly pass or the electronic wallet, depending on your needs. These 2 options are available on your Multi card.

If you have cancelled your Fidélité program, your card is no longer functional. You can obtain a new one at one of our Service points that will allow you to reload your monthly subscription or your electronic wallet.

Are you a new STO client?

Get a personalized Multi card at one of our service locations. Several occasional passes are also available in our sales offices.

Schedule your trips!                              

  • Use the Plani-Bus to create your route;
  • To stay informed in real time during your trips, download the free Transit mobile application;
  • Stay informed by receiving alerts about your routes, subscribe to System-info alerts;
  • To find out when your next trip will be, use the Infobus services:
    • By text message at 819778: enter the stop number in the message;
    • By telephone at 819 778-5555;
  • Call 819 770-3242 to reach the Customer Relations Department during business hours.

  • With your Multi Card, you can transfer and travel on the entire OC Transpo transit system and the O-Train. Find out more
