A new website that better meets your needs

At first glance, you'll notice that the site has been refreshed, the look and feel has been modernized, and the navigation has been simplified.

We took advantage of this redesign to replace our system-info alerts email and text messaging transmission system.

Therefore, changes are to be expected as of tomorrow. Emails will now come from: NePasRepondre-info@sto.ca. We invite you to add this address to your contacts and check your spam folder in order to authorize this email from us.

For a certain period of time, text message system-info alerts will be sent from the number 450-233-5750. Eventually, they will return to the usual 819778 number.

The Infobus service number 819778 remains, you will be able to make your requests by text message as usual.

During the planning of the project, workshops were held with clients and representatives of our teams. This allowed us to review the structure and presentation of the information. It was important for us to simplify the webiste's navigation and prioritize the most relevant information for our customers.

On the website's homepage, you will be able to plan your trips, quickly access a network overview, find out about the fares and services offered, and more.

Our major projects are also highlighted in a specific section for public transit enthusiasts.

We also took advantage of this redesign to replace the email and SMS alert system as well as make visual adjustments to the Web Reload Profile.
