Shareable Multi cards
The regular fare Multi pass is now transferable
- No photo, you can now share it with others, at different times;
- Add a monthly pass or cash to your E-wallet;
- To load it online, you must call Customer Relations at 819-770-3242 to register it on My Profile;
- To recover the content of a lost or stolen Regular fare Multi card, you must first register it in your customer file. Contact us at 819-770-3242;
- Allows unlimited trips on STO and OC Transpo, from the first to the last day of the month, with the monthly membership;
- Allows a transfer for up to two hours with the E-wallet on STO and OC Transpo (initial validation must be on an STO bus).
Do you already have your Multi card?
- Your personalized Regular or Adult category pass with photo remains valid. No need to change it. It can also be shared.
- Your E-wallet or 1, 3 or 7 day pass remains valid and transferable.
- To make changes or if you would like to change your pass, go to an STO point of service.
Where can you get a shareable card?
Regular Fare passes & 1-3 and 7 day passes:
- Are available for purchase or reload at nearly 50 sales points.
- A $2 fee applies with the first purchase, after which they are reloadable.
Reduced rate passes
The Seniors and Student passes, Cam-Puce, Fidélité and Employer programs, as well as the adult ÉCHO fare ARE NOT transferable, they can only be used by the pass (personalized, with photo) holder.
Validation on board
When you board a bus, you must swipe your card over the reader, and then show the driver the photo side of your pass.
Your pass may be requested at any time. Be prepared to show it to the driver or to an STO representative.
