Multi card expiry

Each Multi card issued expires after 10 years of use. You must therefore check the date of issue of your card, to know when to change it. 

Check the date of issue in the top right corner of your card (next to the photo). If your card was issued in 2013, go to one of our service points to replace it free of charge.  

The Multi card has a lifespan of 10 years. If your card was issued in 2013, we invite you to replace it. The date the card was issued can be found in the upper right corner of the card.
