We offer a variety of transit passes to meet the needs of both occasional and frequent travellers. Make sure you have the right one on hand!
Schedule your trips!
- Use the Plani-Bus to create your route;
- To stay informed in real time during your trips, download the free Transit mobile application;
- Stay informed by receiving alerts about your routes, subscribe to Info-réseau alerts;
- To find out when your next trip will be, use the Infobus services:
- By text message at 819778: enter the stop number in the message;
- By telephone at 819 778-5555;
- Call 819 770-3242 to reach the Customer Relations Department during business hours.

Your STO Multi card allows you to transfer and travel on the O-Train and OC Transpo buses. To learn more.

New on the transit system
Changes to downtown Ottawa
Consult the map of the actual STO routes in downtown Ottawa
Summary of the main changes
- The only changes on the Quebec side are for routes 11, 17 and 48, which now take boulevard Maisonneuve and the Portage Bridge heading to Ottawa.
- The stops on Wellington Street between Kent and Elgin and on Mackenzie Avenue have been decommissioned.
Relocation of stops and closure of park-and-ride lots
In order to comply with safety and accessibility standards, several bus stops have had to be relocated over the past two years.
In addition, the Les Promenades and Centre Robert-Guertin park-and-ride lots are permanently closed.

- Wait until the green light is visible above the doors;
- Pass your hand between the handles without touching them;
- The doors will open automatically.
