Business partner
The STO develops and maintains business partnerships with different kinds of businesses. Those partnerships aim to make it easier to purchase tickets and recharge cards (retail outlets), promote the use of public transit through the exchange of services or enhance the customer experience.
Requests to charter buses for private initiatives cannot be approved because they do not fit with the STO's mandate, which is to offer the community a public transit service.
