Updating your file

  • Have you moved?
  • Have any of your phone numbers changed?
  • Have your emergency contacts changed?
  • Has there been any change in your medical condition?
  • Has there been any change in the mobility aids (walker, cane, chair, etc.) you use?

If your answer is “yes” to any of these questions, you may need to update the information in your file.

*Access to the point of service is through the main door at the side of the building.

Visitors

The paratransit service is available to visitors residing temporarily in Gatineau.

To qualify for this service while visiting the Outaouais, you must be authorized for the paratransit service where you reside.

Applying

At least 2 weeks before your first trip, apply for authorization by calling 819 773-2222, option 3.

Once your application has been authorized, you can use the service as a visitor. You will receive a customer number that you can use each time you book a trip.

Service for Ottawa residents

Ottawa residents authorized to use OC Transpo’s Para-Transpo service can also use the STO’s paratransit service.

The service is based on availability, from the Casino du Lac-Leamy or any other point of origin in Gatineau.

You must book at least one week ahead of your trip, and obtain prior approval.
