COVID-19:
- Wearing a face covering is mandatory in order to access our service points.
- As a result of the curfew, the Galeries Aylmer and Village Cartier Points of Service hours will be changed, but those of the Cité and STO (111 rue Jean-Proulx) will remain unchanged. Please check the changes.

Outside business hours, select one of the following options offered by the telephone answering system:
- “1” if your scheduled transportation is by minibus;
- “2” if your scheduled transportation is by taxi;
- “3” if you wish to cancel your transportation for the next morning;
- “4” if your transportation is 15 to 30 minutes late.

Access to Information
The STO is a public body governed by An Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (R.S.Q., c. A-2.1). The public therefore has access to STO documents in accordance with the rules set out in this Act. Apart from information of a personal nature, which is also protected by this Act, the majority of STO documents are of a public nature. The documents are therefore accessible to those who ask to see them.
