Access to information
The STO is a public organization, subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (R.S.Q., c. A-2.1).
With the exception of information of a personal nature, which is protected under that Act, most STO documents are of a public nature. Thus, the documents are accessible to anyone who requests them.
A request for access to an administrative document must include:
- the title of the document you wish to obtain or a brief description to help locate it; and
- your last name, first name and coordinates (email, telephone number and mailing address) so the organization can contact you for any additional information it may require.
